木村貴志（作曲）と松崎麻矢（vo）が結成したユニット。1996年6月にシングル「愛よりも激しく、誰よりも愛しく」でデビュー。時代の気分に対応してユーロ系、デジポップ系、アンビエント、ポップ・トランスなど、楽曲の装いを変えながら、時代を彩るポップ・ナンバーを発表。『DREAM & MEMORIES』『Missing Peace』『Solitude』と3枚のアルバムをリリース。ベスト『FB BEST～eternal trax～』を2000年2月に発表以降、活動を停止。
