SOFT BALLET
遠藤遼一、森岡賢、藤井麻輝からなる日本のバンド。1985年結成のヴォラージュを前身として、88年に結成。89年にシングル「BODY TO BODY」、アルバム『EARTH BORN』でメジャー・デビューを果たす。個性的なキャラクターとニューウェイヴ／エレクトロ・ミュージックなどを通過した唯一無二の音楽性で人気を博す。95年7月に解散するも、各自ソロ活動を経て2002年に再始動。2枚のアルバムを発表し、全国ツアーも行なうが、2003年12月をもって再び活動休止。以降はそれぞれがソロやユニット活動を展開。2016年6月に森岡が死去。
